Q: How long does it take to get labels printed?
Once your artwork has been approved it take between 5-10 working days.
Q: What type of labels can you print?
We print on all types of materials to suit the job that the labels are for (ie) freezer labels need to be mositure resistant. We can also print any shape of label that you require and they can be supplied as flat sheets or in rolls to suit your application technique.
Clothing & Embroidery:
Q: What is the minimum order for clothing and embroidery?
There is no minimum order quantity - though it is usually more economical to do a minimum of 8 garments.
Q: Will you embroider or screen print garments that I already have?
Yes we will embroider and screen print on garments you already have, preferably if they are new as this ensures a better result. All care would be taken with client supplied garments but unfortunately we can not take any responsibility should any damage occur.
Q: Do you only do embroidery?
We offer a wide range of options, embroidery, screen print, thermal printing, digital printing etc... on all types of garments , shirts, caps, hats, jackets, bags, towels etc... to suit your promotional or uniform requirements.
We also offer a wide range of promotional items that can be branded for gifting and promotions (ie) umbrellas, compendiums, diaries etc...
Artwork:
Q: Do I need to supply the artwork?
You can provide the artwork for your project (and we will advise how it should be supplied depending on the project) or we can do it for you as we have several very experienced designers that will take your brief and make it a reality.
